1/4 Cup Soft Margarine
1 Cup Flour
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1 Beaten Egg

- Cut margarine into dry ingredients, add egg, then mix all together.
- Spread on Bake Dish (Casserole) and bake at 425 for 8 minutes.

1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Maple Syrup
3 Tbsp Flour
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Beaten Egg
1/2 Cup Coconut

-Boil brown sugar and maple syrup together for 5 minutes. -Cool for 10 Minutes -Add Remaining ingredients and mix together. -Pour this all over earlier cooled mixture -Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
